Apartment Ministry for the Community

Our apartment ministry improves the value of your Apartment Complex and offers a better quality of life for your residents through family services.

We are as concerned as you are about drugs, rise in crime, latch-key children, single parenting and senior citizens, There are means to receive social activities and family programs at the apartment community, free of charge to you, the residents, and the owner.

We realize that you, as a manager, have one of the most demanding jobs anywhere. With all you have to contend with, the least we can do is try to give the most positive assistance we can. We love helping people; we hope this program might be of some service to you and your residents.

Who We Are

We are a group of people from a nearby church who wants to be of service to your apartment community. We desire to help by developing on-site social programs to help developed community unity and encourage resident retention, as well as an advertising tool.

What We Pledge

Be aware of opportunities to work with management to serve their residents’ needs as much as humanly possible.
Be cooperative with other community agencies
Be trained in relating to multi-housing residents with all available resources.
Be creative in establishing new activities, approaches and services that will appeal to residents as persons. This would include target groups of singles, one-parent families, elderly, “empty-nester”, youth, children, as needed in each community.

First: We feel an involved community helps keep drugs away, gives latched kids and senior citizens healthy activities to do. And helps ease the struggles of a single parent. In return makes your apartment more tranquil and stress-free.

Second: This program meets the spiritual needs of the community. We connect talented people willing to serve with your apartment community. These persons already assist at churches and like to reach out to others.

Third: This program helps the multi-housing residents; many have all kinds of needs but nowhere to turn for help. Many are too busy to look for answers. It helps the apartment community by having activities for the whole family to do. Activities where the community can get involved.

With this opportunity, there are provident continual activities, which encourage and build healthy values in the society we live in.

The multi-housing property becomes a real community.

Apartment Events provides strong, business benefits to apartment management, helping also in increasing resident retention, attracting new residents, and building a caring community atmosphere.

Apartment Events will work with the apartment owners and managers to coordinate resources available through local government and law enforcement agencies. Corporations, small businesses, schools, churches and other organizations to strengthen the foundation of support for the families in various ways as they strengthen their lives and their neighborhoods.

We are a Christian non-profit organization, seeking to meet the real needs of apartments, residents, as well as management.

Apartment Events handle the everyday concerns of apartment residents and management at a minimum expense.
The manager would need to provide a clubhouse or two-bedroom unit for these weekly activities; this one will be known as the Community Center.

The Apartment Events' objective is to help families to become united and enable individuals to lead a peaceful and harmonious life.

Who Benefits?

They Do--- The residents that opportunities for expression, open integration, social life, and the study of spiritual truths enable each person to enjoy a fuller life.
We Do--- The church. Many have talents they could use and want to use to help people, and one way is to reach out to the community. Working with activities in an apartment complex gives them an opportunity to use their talents to reach out to others.
You Do--- The management. Your job is easier if a spirit of community unity exist among your residents. By provident continuing activities, we will help you provide a place where the resident will want to stay, and will also want to encourage others to come to live.

HOW LONG WILL THIS LAST?

We will continue to provide activities, parties, and classes, as long as you want us to do. The Bible study may lead to a permanent house church with the residents in places of leadership.

How Does This Work?

The apartment manager provides a Club House or a two bedrooms unit for the activities.
Another two bedrooms unit for your Activity Director, the church group would have one person serving as your Activities Director. This specially trained mentor and his wife will live on site and be available exclusivity for ministering to the apartment residents and their children. . The activity director will be responsible for his own utility bills.
